Emily Haar, TDM-CP

We’re not quite sure what the secret ingredient is, but when Emily’s on your team, your project will have a newfound level of organization, calmness, and productivity. This is why she’s helping deliver some of our biggest projects in transportation demand management (TDM). Emily is passionate about providing TDM solutions because she can see how this work can impact people’s lives for the better. Her empathetic nature is showcased in how she delivers TDM solutions and how she manages program development staff across our offices.

With over a decade of experience, she has managed four TMAs/TMOs across the nation and supported many others in the UrbanTrans portfolio. Emily has developed and implemented TDM solutions for a variety of audiences spanning from office employees at Fortune 500 companies to 24/7/365 coverage staff at some of the nation’s busiest airports.

Emily has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a certificate in Operations Management. She is an Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT) 40 Under 40 Award recipient. Emily previously managed the Perimeter Connects TMA, which was awarded the ACT Outstanding TMA Award for exemplary programs during her tenure.

An ATL native, she recently moved to the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Emily spends her time trying to keep up with her two kids, exploring her new home city with her husband, and hiking in the evergreens every weekend.
