Jenn’s delightful personality is not only evident in every aspect of her work but it also carries over into a superior product for our clients. Simply put, she specializes in problem solving for UrbanTrans’ staff, offices, and clients. Her flexibility, wit, and versatility inspires a higher level of production and teamwork.
For over 19 years, Jenn has assisted in office management, vendor relations, client services, and in her own words “is an organizational genius” (test results are still pending). She creates and implements processes for internal and external business transactions that serve UrbanTrans clients and employees. She supports and assures the quality of all ongoing business operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Her infectious passion carries through to volunteer opportunities within the company including her recent representation on the UrbanTrans Sustainability Committee. She is an example of UrbanTrans’ internal commitment to behavior change: Jenn doesn’t own a car, rides her bike to work every day. She could also be classified as a motivational expert through her experiment to inspire staff to meet deadlines through the use of cat photography. Behavior change works, meow!
