Lauren is a natural communicator, and brings a distinct perspective to translating relevant, critical information to support her client and partner relationships. She applies this superpower to her work for UrbanTrans in her role as a program assistant for the Atlanta Airport TMA and lead customer relations representative for AERO, a program aimed at helping Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport employees find the best way to get to and from work. She is responsible for developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with employees at the airport to increase awareness of AERO. Lauren is also a program assistant with the transportation management association for the Perimeter area in Atlanta. She serves as the lead contact for onboarding new companies for the transit pass program. Her work is driven by her strong commitment and dedication to improving people’s quality of travel through the Atlanta metro area in an economically, secure, and expeditious way.
Lauren is a proud alumna of Rust College where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication, specializing in Broadcast Journalism. She continued her education and earned a Master of Science degree in Mass Communication & Media Culture at Arkansas State University.
Lauren is a passionate basketball and football fan (Go Falcons!), a frequent world traveler—her favorite place she has visited so far is Punta Cana, Dominican Republic—and an avid adventure seeker.
